William Phillips Fisher 
William Phillips was born on February 2nd, 1875 in Galveston, TX.1 William Phillips' father was Lorenzo Clarke Fisher and his mother was Eliza Elliott Scott. His maternal grandparents were Robert Lindsey Scott and Laura Ann Lewis. He had a brother and three sisters, named Lorenzo Clarke, Laura Lewis, Ella Scott and Lucy Campbell. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died in 1875 in Galveston, TX.1 -
