Maria Frances Fenimore was born on June 15th, 1819 in Cooperstown, New York.1 Maria Frances Fenimore's father was James- Fenimore, Author Cooper and her mother was Susan Augusta Delancey. Her paternal grandparents were William-, Judge Cooper and Elizabeth Fenimore. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Fenimore, Paul Fenimore, Lawyer, Elizabeth, Susan Augusta Fenimore, Author, Caroline Martha Fenimore and Anne Charlotte. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 79 on October 26th, 1898 in Cooperstown, New York.1 -
