Richard Fenimore, Jr. was born on December 8th, 1808.1 Richard Fenimore, Jr.'s father was Richard Fenimore, Sr. Cooper and his mother was Ann Low Carey. His paternal grandparents were William-, Judge Cooper and Elizabeth Fenimore. He had a brother and two sisters, named Goldsborough, Hannah and Elizabeth Fenimore. He was the youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother named Alfred Cooper. He died at the age of 54 on December 16th, 1862 in New York City, New York.1 General Notes
