James Fenimore Cooper 
James Fenimore was born on June 24th, 1853.1 James Fenimore's father was Richard Fenimore, Jr. Cooper and his mother was Maria Frances Fenimore Cooper. His paternal grandparents were Richard Fenimore, Sr. Cooper and Ann Low Carey; his maternal grandparents were James- Fenimore, Author Cooper and Susan Augusta Delancey. He had two brothers and a sister, named Alfred, Charles Paul and Susan Augusta. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Richard Fenimore, Goldsborough, Marmaduke, William Storrs, Alice, Mary and Jane Storrs. He died at the age of 12 on March 7th, 1866.1 -
