Richard Fenimore, Sr. Cooper 
Richard Fenimore, Sr. was born on August 12th, 1775.1 Richard Fenimore, Sr.'s father was William-, Judge Cooper and his mother was Elizabeth Fenimore. His paternal grandparents were James- Cooper and Hannah Hibbs. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Isaac, Abraham, William Yeardley, Sr., Lawyer, Samuel, Sr., James- Fenimore, Author, Henry Fry, Hannah, Ann, Ann and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 37 on March 8th, 1813 in Albany, New York. He was buried in Christ Church Cemetery, Cooperstown, New York.1 1 -
