Oscar M. was born on June 6th, 1886 in Nevada Co, AR.1 Oscar M.'s father was James Monroe Cassidy and his mother was Sarah Louisa Russell. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Cassidy and Nancy Ann Josephine Snelgrove; his maternal grandparents were William James Russell and Mary Elizabeth Spradley. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Colonel Z., James Eldridge, Lou Verna and Minnie Addie. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 37 on August 23rd, 1923 in Bodcaw, AR.1 -
