Ann COE 
Ann was born in 1826 in Ross Co, Ohio.1 Ann's father was Hezekiah COE and her mother was Barbara NEAR. Her paternal grandparents were Elijah COE and Ann SMALLWOOD; her maternal grandparents were PHILIP NEER and ELIZABETH (Mary) POTTS. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Philip, James, Johnathan C., Elizabeth and Nancy. She was the youngest of the seven children.
