Maud Alberade was born about 1114 in Leicestershire, England. Maud Alberade's father was Robert Robert , 1st Earl of Leicester/, Earl of Leicester/de Beaumont and her mother was Isabel Capet , Countess of Vermandois. Her maternal grandparents were Hugh "Magnus" Capet , Duke of France and Adelaide de Vermandois. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Waleran, Robert, Hugh, Elizabeth (Isabel), Aubreye, Adeline Newburgh, Havoise and Amicade. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William, Reginald, Gundred and Ada. She died after 1189.-
