Agnes (Avice) was born in 1176 in Axholme, Lincolnshire.  Agnes (Avice)'s father was William "le Breton" de Albini Earl of Arundel and her mother was Maud de St. Hilary. She had a brother and a sister, named William de Albini V and Cecily. She had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James, Roger, John, Henry, Sir Richard FitzRoger de, Mabel and Aveline.
