Reginald De was born about 1120 in Vermandois, Normandy, France.  Reginald De's father was William De Warenne 2nd Earl Of Surrey and his mother was Isabel Elizabeth De Vermandois.  His paternal grandparents were William I De Warenne 1st Earl Of Surrey and Gundrada Of Fleming [Princess]; his maternal grandparents were Hugh 'The Great' Crepi [Count Vermandois- Duke Burgndy] and Adelaide De Vermandois [Countess]. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Ralph De, William De, Ella De, Adelaide De and Gundred De.  He was the third youngest of the seven children. He had three half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Waleran Lord De, Robert "Bossu"  "The Just* De, Hugh De, Isabel (Elizabeth) De, Aubreye De, Eleanor De, Adeline De, Daughter De, Alice Dau Of Robert De, Amicade De and Maud De.  He died in 1179 in Wormegay, Downham, Norfolk, England.
