Adele Of was born in 1030 in Valois, Bretagne, France.  Adele Of's father was Raoul III 'The Great' Of Valois and her mother was Adele De Bar-Sur-Aube. She had two sisters named Alix De and Hawise De.  She was the oldest of the three children. She had two half-brothers named Gui II De and Geoffrey II Seigneur De.  She died at the age of 50 in 1080.
