Herbert IV Count Of Vermandois

Herbert IV Count Of was born in 1028 in Vermandois, Normandy, France.  Herbert IV Count Of's father was Count Otho De Vermandois Count and his mother was Mrs. Pavia Patia (Nmn) Countess De Vermandois. He had a brother named Eudes I De.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 52 in 1080 in France.
