Moses DeWolf 
Moses was born in 1756 in Dutchess Co., NY. Moses' father was Simon DeWolf and his mother was Rebecca Knapp. His paternal grandparents were Charles DeWolph and Prudence Beckwith; his maternal grandparents were Moses Knapp and Ganda Adams. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Charles, Aaron, Jonathan, Rachel and Rebecca. He died at the age of 71 on November 7th, 1827.General Notes
Moses DeWolf/Dolph, Born 1756, Deid Nov 7,1827. Signed Articles of the Constitution in Dutchess Co., N.Y. in 1774: married in 1779 to Anny MacArthur of Conn., who was born 1754, died Aug. 8, 1854, in Dunmore, Pa. Had she lived 3 hours longer she would have been 100 years old.
Moses served in the Revolution in the Third Co.,2nd Regiment N.Y. of the Line. Also served in War of 1812. Moved to P.A. with brothers Aaron(in Providence Township), Charles(Bucktown), Johnathan(Hyde Park) and Moses in Mountain Meadows.
Childeren were Alexander, Johnathan, Aaron, Charles, Reuben, Stephen, Derrick, Polly, Ruth, Susan and Eilpah.
