William De Lusignan's father was Hugues X De Lusignan and his mother was D'Angouleme Isabella De Taillefer D'Angouleme.  His paternal grandparents were Hugues IX De Lusignan and Matilde DeTaillefer; his maternal grandparents were Count of Valence & Angouleme Aymer De Taillefer Count of Valence & Angouleme and Alice De Courtenay. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Hugh XI, Aymer, Geoffroi, Alice and Isabelle. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Henry III King of, Richard, Isabel Princess Of and Eleanor Princess of.  He died before May 18th, 1296.
