Noel E. was born on March 17th, 1875 in Conway Co, AR. Noel E.'s father was William Willey (Wile) West and his mother was Rhoda Arena Carlock. His paternal grandparents were Owen West and Jane Jennie McClure; his maternal grandparents were William H. Carlock and Mary Ann Unknown. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named William Albert, John B., Arthur D., Floyd, Lloyd D., Arizona Belle, Lydia J., Media Lavonia, Celia Cefronia, Iva Elvia, Vada and Fathia Arena. He was the second oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 102 on December 13th, 1977 in Marlow, OK.-
