Mary Maris

Mary was born on March 9th, 1700 in Springfield, Chester Co, PA. Mary's father was John Maris and her mother was Susanna Lewis. Her paternal grandparents were George Maris and Alice Unknown; her maternal grandparents were James Lewis and Sibles Griffith. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named George, John, James, Sarah, Alice, Hannah, Susanna, Jane, Katharine and Elizabeth. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children.
