John Sparks 
John was born about 1804 in Lawrence Co, Ms. John's father was William C Sparks and his mother was Mary Polly Fielder. His paternal grandparents were Matthew Sparks and Sara Thompson; his maternal grandparents were William L. Fielder and Elizabeth Hall. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Richard, James H, Levi Nathan, Eli, Sarah and Eady. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died in 1859.-
