Jesse Sparks 
Jesse was born on July 23rd, 1773 in Rowan Co, Nc. Jesse's father was Matthew Sparks and his mother was Sara Thompson. His paternal grandparents were William Samples Sparks and Rachel. He had ten brothers and two sisters, named Matthew, Absalom, William C, Nathan, Isaac, Hardy, Bailey, Sparks, Sparks, Sparks, Sparks and Sparks. He was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 84 on January 5th, 1858 in Perry Co, Tn. He was buried in Pace Pineviewcem, Perry Co, Tn.General Notes
