Absalom Sparks

Absalom was born about 1760 in Rowan Co, Nc. Absalom's father was Matthew Sparks and his mother was Sara Thompson. His paternal grandparents were William Samples Sparks and Rachel. He had ten brothers and two sisters, named Matthew, William C, Jesse, Nathan, Isaac, Hardy, Bailey, Sparks, Sparks, Sparks, Sparks and Sparks. He was the second oldest of the thirteen children.
