Ella Mae S Hopwood

Ella Mae S was born on January 13th, 1865.  Ella Mae S' father was Doctor Green Hopwood and her mother was Sophronia J. McIntosh.  Her paternal grandparents were John Hopwood and Francis Patterson; her maternal grandparents were Kenneth McIntosh and Matilda McClure. She had two brothers and five sisters, named John Kenneth, Daniel Thomas, Frances M, Melissa Anne, Mary Jane, Margaret Candis and Nancy.  She was the third youngest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 21 on January 11th, 1887.  She was buried in Gatlin Cemetery, Limestone Co., al.

‌Ella Mae S and Andrew Glaze Dock were married in a religious ceremony on November 12th, 1882.
