Josiah Cleveland 
Josiah was born on May 17th, 1742 in East Haddem, Ct. Josiah's father was Josiah Cleveland and his mother was Joanna Porter. His paternal grandparents were Aaron Cleveland III and Abigail Waters; his maternal grandparents were Aaron Porter Rev. and Suzanna Sarah Sewall. He had four brothers and a sister, named Aaron, Moses, John, Mehitable and Joanna. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 83 in August 1825 in Lisbon.General Notes
