Thomas Bodine

Thomas was born about 1815 in , Oglrhrp, GA.¹   Thomas' father was John Bodine and his mother was Nancy A. Gunnels.  His maternal grandfather was John Gunnels. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James, Samuel, Oliver Hazard Perry, William Robert, Elizabeth, Isabella M. and Winny Jane. He had nine half-brothers and five half-sisters, named William, James, John S., Jackson J., Charles Went, Wiley F., James Newton, Allen Blanton, James, Polly, Feriba\Fariba, Anna, Jane and Lucinda.  He died before 1833.¹
