Elisha Allen

Elisha was born on December 16th, 1813 in St Helena Parish,La.  Elisha's father was John William Allen and his mother was Hannah Pride. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Aaron, Moses, George, Benjamin, Elijah, Sarah Ann, Elizabeth and Jemima.  He was the third youngest of the ten children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Nathaniel, Peter, William, John B., Daniel, Lydia and Mary Elizabeth.
