Daniel H. Markin 
Daniel H. was born on February 20th, 1805 in Virginia.1 Daniel H.'s father was Charles W I Markin and his mother was Lucinda Dechard. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Samuel, Thomas, John, Charles W II, Cornelius B., Andrew, James M., William H, Martha and Elizabeth. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 58 on January 6th, 1864 in Union Township Lawrence County Ohio.1 
‌Daniel H. and Margaret were married in a religious ceremony on September 17th, 1831 in Lawrence County Ohio.1 They had four sons and four daughters, named Charles M, Lorenzo Dow, Richard, Daniel, Martha, Luttitia, Lucianna and Elizabeth.

Lorenzo Dow Markin
Lorenzo Dow was born in 1838 in Aid Township, Ohio.1 He died at the age of 48 on January 13th, 1886 in Lawrence County Ohio - buried at Woodland Cemetery.1
Martha Markin
Martha was born on October 29th, 1840 in Ohio.1 She died at the age of 56 on September 4th, 1897 in Lawrence County Ohio.1
Richard Markin
Richard was born in 1845 in Ohio.1 He died at the age of 19 on January 6th, 1864 in Fishers Hue Winchester VA during Civil War.1
