Charles M Markin

Charles M was born in 1837.¹   Charles M's father was Daniel H. Markin and his mother was Margaret Sumpter.  His paternal grandparents were Charles W I Markin and Lucinda Dechard; his maternal grandparents were Richard Sumpter and Mary Kingery. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Lorenzo Dow, Richard, Daniel, Martha, Luttitia, Lucianna and Elizabeth.  He was the oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 27 in 1864.¹
