Robert Franklin Newton 
Robert Franklin was born in 1895. Robert Franklin's father was Joel Glover Newton and his mother was Nancy Jane Richardson. His paternal grandparents were William H. Newton and Amanda Todd; his maternal grandparents were George Washington Richardson and Harriet Boster. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named George Wiley, Samuel Glover, Charles Isaac, Clarence Erwin, Elisha Hutison, Albert Ethan, Johnny Monroe, Mary Jane, Julia Earnest, Lillie Ann and Edna May. He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 67 in 1962.-
