Clarence Erwin Newton 
Clarence Erwin was born in 1887. Clarence Erwin's father was Joel Glover Newton and his mother was Nancy Jane Richardson. His paternal grandparents were William H. Newton and Amanda Todd; his maternal grandparents were George Washington Richardson and Harriet Boster. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named George Wiley, Samuel Glover, Charles Isaac, Elisha Hutison, Albert Ethan, Robert Franklin, Johnny Monroe, Mary Jane, Julia Earnest, Lillie Ann and Edna May. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 1 in 1888.-
