Edward Edmond Monroe RILEY

Edward Edmond Monroe was born on March 21st, 1861 in DeKalb, MS.¹ Edward Edmond Monroe's father was William Eldridge RILEY and his mother was Annie Letitia TURNER. His paternal grandparents were Enoch M. Parsons RILEY and Elizabeth UNKNOWN. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Orleans Lee, William Pulaski, George Jester, Robert Love, Benjamin Franklin, Roxana "Roxie", Phareby Jane "Phebe" and Frances Louella "Lula" "Lou". He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 54 on December 9th, 1915. He was buried in New Hope Church, Kemper Co, MS.¹¹
