Benjamin Franklin was born on May 9th, 1865 in Kemper Co, MS.1   Benjamin Franklin's father was William Eldridge RILEY and his mother was Annie Letitia TURNER.  His paternal grandparents were Enoch M. Parsons RILEY and Elizabeth UNKNOWN. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Orleans Lee, William Pulaski, George Jester, Robert Love, Edward Edmond Monroe, Roxana "Roxie", Phareby Jane "Phebe" and Frances Louella "Lula" "Lou".  He was the youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 2 on November 12th, 1867.  He was buried in New Hope Church, Kemper Co, MS.1 1
