Allen Bowie 
Allen was born in 1719 in "Brookwood", Nottingham District, Prince Georges, MD.1 Allen's father was John Bowie and his mother was Mary Mullikin. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Bowy and Jane Smith; his maternal grandparents were James Mulligan and Jane Prather. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, James, Thomas, William, Eleanor and Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 64 in January 1783 in Prince Georges Co., Maryland.1 General Notes
