Rachel Yoakley

Rachel was born in 1835 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Rachel's father was Peter Yoakley and her mother was Rachel Canole.  Her paternal grandfather was John Yoakley. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Charles, Thomas, Ednemon, Peter, Permelia, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Nancy Ann.  She was the youngest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 31 in 1866.¹
