Willie Mae Kay was born on January 2nd, 1906 in Montague, Montague Co., TX.1 Willie Mae Kay's father was Thomas William Sappington and her mother was Dovie Marinda Loving. Her paternal grandparents were Marcus Alexander Sappington and Albina T. Parr; her maternal grandparents were Joe Loving and Rigger. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Albert Alexander, James Harmon, Woodroe, Frank, Homer Lee, Etta Elizabeth "Lizzie", Mable, Ruby Neaoma, Artie Albina and Eula Faye. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named David Walter, Daisy Mae, Laura Mae and Myrtle. She died at the age of 68 on March 30th, 1974 in Perry, OK.1 -
