Henry Mauk

Henry was born in 1826 in Of Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Henry's father was Henry Mauk and his mother was Margaret Latture.  His paternal grandparents were Andrew Mauk and Elizabeth Bowles; his maternal grandparents were Harmon Latture and Agnes Boles. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, John, William, James, Sarah, Joseph, David, Enoch Tennessee, Elizabeth, Nancy A., Louisiana and Mary.  He was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children.  He died at the age of 38 in 1864.¹
