Elizabeth Mauk

Elizabeth was born in 1815 in Of Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Elizabeth's father was Henry Mauk and her mother was Margaret Latture.  Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Mauk and Elizabeth Bowles; her maternal grandparents were Harmon Latture and Agnes Boles. She had eight brothers and four sisters, named Samuel, John, William, Henry, James, Sarah, Joseph, David, Enoch Tennessee, Nancy A., Louisiana and Mary.  She was the second oldest of the thirteen children.  She died at the age of 48 in 1863.¹
