Rebecca Hughes

Rebecca was born in 1808 in Of Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Rebecca's father was Abner Hughes and her mother was Rebecca Woodward. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, John, James, Abner, Sarah, Elizabeth and Mary.  She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William, Joseph, Benjamin, Jeremiah, Maria, Louisa, Elizabeth and Lucinda.  She died at the age of 74 in 1882.¹
