Thomas Haynes 
Thomas was born about 1761 in ,Halifax, North Carolina.1 Thomas' father was Francis Bythell Haynes and his mother was Anne Bell. His paternal grandparents were Thomas III Haynes and Bythell; his maternal grandparents were William Bell and Ann Jones. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Bythell, Christopher, Francis Lawrence, William, Anna, Lucy, Hannah and Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died in May 1796 in ,Halifax, North Carolina.1 -
