Christopher Haynes 
Christopher was born in 1760 in ,Halifax, North Carolina.1 Christopher's father was Francis Bythell Haynes and his mother was Anne Bell. His paternal grandparents were Thomas III Haynes and Bythell; his maternal grandparents were William Bell and Ann Jones. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Bythell, Thomas, Francis Lawrence, William, Anna, Lucy, Hannah and Mary. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 70 on November 13th, 1830 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee. He was buried in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 1 General Notes
