Margaret Dickson

Margaret was born about 1821 in Of Sullivan County, TN.¹   Margaret's father was William Howard Dickson and her mother was Mary Shipley.  Her paternal grandparents were John Shipley and Rachel Howard. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, William Samuel, Pleasant C., Nathan Shipley, Elizabeth and Mary.  She was the second oldest of the seven children.
