Elizabeth Dickson

Elizabeth was born on October 21st, 1809 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Elizabeth's father was William Howard Dickson and her mother was Mary Shipley.  Her paternal grandparents were John Shipley and Rachel Howard. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, William Samuel, Pleasant C., Nathan Shipley, Margaret and Mary.  She was the oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 71 on November 2nd, 1880.¹
