Mary Frances Combest

Mary Frances was born in 1857 in Pulaski County, Kentucky.¹ Mary Frances' father was Archibald Combest and her mother was Mary Ann Roy. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel D. Combest and Sarah Dick; her maternal grandparents were Lemuel Roy and Eleanor Wilson. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Andrew James, Lemuel, John, Silas Jackson, Martha Ann and Phraba. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Samuel, William, Cyrenius, Voluntine, Shelby, Infant Son, Sarah Ann, Nancy Emaline and Christina Ann. She died at the age of 18 on April 14th, 1875.¹
