Frances Royer BARNETT 
Frances Royer was born on March 10th, 1845 in (Near) Marion, Lawrence Co., OH . Frances Royer's father was John Sanford BARNETT and his mother was Mary Ann BAILES. His paternal grandparents were Isaac BARNETT and Susannah UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were John BAILES and Mary "Polly" FOSTER. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Lycurges Hannibal, Orlando, John Eden, Tymandra , Belvidere, Octavia Jane, Jerushia Ellen, Mary Ann and Susan Rosella. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 78 on April 9th, 1923.-
