William Pierson Crawford 
William Pierson was born on October 25th, 1832.1 William Pierson's father was James Crawford and his mother was Louisa Buchanan. His paternal grandparents were John Crawford and Margaret Buchanan; his maternal grandfather was Andrew Buchanan. He had four brothers and a sister, named Andrew Buchanan, Finis Ewing, Pleasant, Isaac Newton and Margaret Jane. He was the third youngest of the six children.General Notes
