Lydia Evaline "Evie" was born on September 5th, 1856 in Harrison County, Indiana.1 Lydia Evaline "Evie"'s father was Richard Roberts and her mother was Mary Jane Hancock. Her maternal grandparents were Mathew Hancock and Elizabeth Hooker. She had three brothers and a sister, named James H., William Cravens, Samuel Addison and Sarah Ann "Sallie". She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 41 on December 13th, 1897.General Notes
