Thomas McFerran 
Thomas was born on March 9th, 1843 in Edwards, St Lawrence, NY. Thomas' father was Samuel McFerran and his mother was Mary Ellen Beggs. His maternal grandparents were Robert Beggs and Sarah Whiteford. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, Robert, John, Hugh, James Henry, Sarah, Mary Ellen and Nancy Jane. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 18 on February 7th, 1862.-
