Edmund Plantagenet of Woodstock was born on August 5th, 1301 in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, England.1   Edmund Plantagenet of Woodstock's father was Edward I Plantagenet and his mother was Marguerite Capet le Hardi.  His paternal grandparents were Henry III Plantagenet and Eleonore Berenger; his maternal grandparents were Philippe III the Bold le Hardi King of France and Marie de Brabant. He had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas de Brotherton, John and Eleanor. He had four half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named John, Henry, Alphonso, Edward II, Aliaonor, Joan of Acre Plantagenet, Breengaria, Elizabeth, Margaret, Mary, Joan and Katherine.  He died  due to Beheaded. in Winchester, Hampshire, England.1
