Hugh Beggs 
Hugh was born in 1857. Hugh's father was Robert Beggs and his mother was Janet (Jennie) Magee. His paternal grandparents were Robert Beggs and Sarah Whiteford. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Samuel, James, William James, Thomas, Robert, Hugh, John, Joseph and Margaret. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 73 in 1930.-
