Susannah M. (Susan) was born in 1793 in Newberry District, SC.1 Susannah M. (Susan)'s father was William Summer and her mother was Eva Margaretha Sease\Suss. Her paternal grandparents were John (Hans) Adam Summer and Anna Maria Margaret Josten; her maternal grandparents were Christopher Suss and Susannah Anhaus. She had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Henry (Henry Jr.), Mary Magdeline, Anna and Mary Margaret. She was the second youngest of the six children. She had a half-brother named John Adam. She died at the age of 39 on October 9th, 1832 in Buried Werts Cemetery, Silverstreet, South Carolina. She was buried in Werts Cemetery #3, Silverstreet, SC.1 1 -
