Mary Caroline Summer 
Mary Caroline was born in 1854.1 Mary Caroline's father was Henry Summer and her mother was Frances (Fannie) Mayer. Her paternal grandparents were John Adam "Peg Leg" Summer and Mary Margaret Houseal. She had three brothers and a sister, named Thomas Nicholas, John Adam, William Edwin and Catherine Elvira (Kate). She was the third oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 31 on August 30th, 1885. She was buried in Summer Graveyard #1, Pomaria, South Carolina.1 1 -
