Henry Summer 
Henry was born on April 11th, 1809.1 Henry's father was John Adam "Peg Leg" Summer and his mother was Mary Margaret Houseal. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Summer and Eva Margaret (Suss) Seas. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Nicholas, John Adam, William, Adam Geiselhardt, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Mary Margaret and Catherine Parr (Auntie). He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 59 on January 3rd, 1869. He was buried in Summer Graveyard #1, Pomaria, South Carolina.1 1 -
