Luther Sease 
Luther was born on June 20th, 1836 in "The Dutch Fork", South Carolina.1 Luther's father was John C. Sease and his mother was Christina Bearberg Lowman. His paternal grandparents were John Mark Suss\Seas\Sease and Nancy Shirer. He had six brothers and five sisters, named John Leonard (Lyn), Dan, Jesse Isaac, John Calvin, Asa Melanthion, Andrew Noah, Mary Caroline, Elizabeth, Katharine Kissiah, Eliza and Martha Ann Mehaily. He was the third youngest of the twelve children. He died due to Cerebral Hemorrhage at the age of 86 on May 24th, 1923 in bur St Phillip's Luth Ch Cem, Pros, SC. He was buried in St. Phillip's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Prosperity, SC.1 1 General Notes
